Fatigue Panel Near Me

What is a Fatigue Panel?

Fatigue Panel is a blood test which may be used to evaluate causes of chronic fatigue and assess health risk factors associated with fatigue.

The Fatigue Panel includes the following tests:

  1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  2. Ferritin level
  3. Vitamin D 25
  4. Vitamin B 12 Level
  5. Folate
  6. Iron Level & TIBC
  7. Lyme Disease

Who should get a Fatigue Panel?

There is no single test to diagnose chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). The disease is a diagnosis of exclusion, which means that all other conditions and illnesses that cause the symptoms are ruled out. CFS may be diagnosed based on the following:

  1. Certain signs and symptoms must be present.
  2. Some nonspecific laboratory tests, such as blood tests and tests of the immune system, suggest the diagnosis.
